Before joining WFG, Lidia built a distinguished 16-year career with First American Title, serving as a Sales Executive from 2009 to 2025. Based in Gilbert, Arizona, she delivered customer-focused title and escrow services, becoming a trusted partner to real estate agents and industry professionals across the region. Prior to her long tenure at First American, Lidia held roles as an Area Manager with First American Home Warranty and as a Business Development Manager at Camelback Title, following her early career as a Loan Officer with Great Southwest Mortgage.

Lidia’s leadership extends beyond her professional role and deeply into the real estate community. She is the 2025 President of NAHREP Southeast Phoenix, following her service as Vice President from 2023 to 2024. She previously served as President of HAREP in 2012, and has long been an active contributor to WeSERV and SEVRAR. Her recognitions include 2016 SEVRAR Affiliate of the Year, 2016 Affiliate Chair, 2015 SEVRAR Leadership Graduate, and WeSERV Diamond Lifetime Affiliate status. She also served on the SEVRAR Board of Directors from 2016 to 2017.
